Teams & Rosters

Ascension Volleyball Club offers teams at the 12U - 14U levels, structured to meet athletes where they are and push them forward. Environments for each player are designed to challenge, develop, and build confidence.

12U - 14U – TEAM STRUCTURE

Each age group includes two levels of competition:

Black Teams

NATIONAL LEVEL

  • 12U Black - 14U Black -  10–12 players per team

  • Designed for athletes with prior club experience or strong athletic ability.

  • Focus on advanced skill development, higher-level competition, and increased expectations.

Red Teams

REGIONAL LEVEL

  • 12U Red - 14U Red -  10–12 players per team

  • Designed for athletes with middle school or in-house experience, or those continuing to build foundational skills. 

  • Emphasis on foundational and strategic skill development, game understanding, and competitive growth.
